Gain insight in developing partnerships beyond the expected and “same old, same old”. Using the Toronto Arts of Tomorrow Initiative (TATI) project as a case study of strategic partnering, explore potential for developing solutions and approaches that impact audience engagement, organizational adaptability, relevancy and business models.
Members of the TATI project will discuss their collaborative process and the challenges and opportunities that emerged from working to their collective advantage. The TATI project led by Harbourfront Centre and comprised of 12 arts and cultural organization resulted in several initiatives being successfully submitted to the Canada Council Digital Strategy Fund.
